the new BBQ124 Professional. Featuring a front-loading
hopper with a stainless steel lid/work surface, the
Professional is the perfect grill for folks who take pride in
their grill. The Professional features 371 square inches of
cooking surface and our famous three-speed smoker
control. It is built on a roll-around stand with four commercial-
grade locking casters. A “Stay-brite” handle and chimney

This is the luxury SUV of Traeger grills. The newly restyled BBQ125
Executive offers the largest cooking area of any Traeger residential
unit. The first thing you'll notice is the elegant "Black Gloss" high
temperature enamel finish. Next, they've moved the pellet hopper
outside to the front of the barbecue. The stainless steel hopper lid
serves as a handy work surface. Inside you'll find more than 1,000
square inches of nickel-plated cooking surface—on two grills. The
"primary" grill features 711 square inches of cooking space; the
"secondary" grill is 297 square inches. The main chamber is
protected by a heavier gauge lid, which will help with heat retention
in cooler weather. Our Digital Thermostat provides you with precise
cooking temperatures, and a big, bright LED readout to confirm the
cooking temperature.
Enclosure Specifications

• Enclosure must be non-combustible.

• Grill drops into the opening and hangs from welded-on
flanges, which protrude 1-1/4" on sides and rear of unit.

• Bottom must be open for power cord, combustion air
intake and access to grease drain.

• Access door opening must be at least 18 x 12".

• No rear clearance is needed for BBQ lid.
